This approach blends an ongoing collaboration with your medical provider(s) and behavioral health approaches to assist with managing adjustments and enhancing lifestyle changes as much as possible to support well-being.

*Lifespan Wellness MFT provides psychotherapy services to residents of the boroughs of New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

To receive psychotherapy services Lifespan Wellness MFT requires a referral from a health care provider.

Please speak with your medical provider (primary care provider, psychiatrist, etc.) to issue a referral with a diagnosis to Lifespan Wellness MFT.  A referral can also be issued by a licensed psychologist and/ or a licensed clinical worker.
